Managing User Access

Navigate to Setup > Destinations > BigQuery > Access.

The database is accessible to email addresses listed on this page. Each email must be added individually.

Key Notes:

• ✅ "Ready" means the user has active access.
• 🔄 Need to add or remove someone? You can do it autonomously by clicking on “Add User”.

You can also connect via Service Account (Advanced) for automated workflows and integrations.

Alternative Setup: Self-Hosted BigQuery

You can request to connect your own BigQuery to DataHawk. Once connected, it will contain all the data that we collect. The data is refined and enriched in dedicated datasets and views that are ready to be used and updated daily.
