User & Permission Management
Easily invite teammates and control access levels in your DataHawk workspace.

Only workspace Admins can manage users and permissions.

Invite a New User
- Go to your workspace (click Settings → Members)
- Click the hand icon in the sidebar → Invite a member
- Select Invite member (top-right)
- Enter their email and choose an access level:
- Admin: Full control (invite users, edit permissions)
- Member: View/edit data only
- Click Invite
- They’ll receive an email invitation to join.
Manage Permissions
- Navigate to the workspace
- Click Settings → Members
- Click the user’s Access Level and select a new role
- Confirm the change

Only workspace Admins can modify roles. Contact an admin to change your own access.

Remove a User
- Go to Members
- Click the user’s Access Level → Remove
- Confirm with Yes
